Bragg's for kid food

We learned about this from my kid's preschool co-op. Kids love Bragg's! Put it in a tiny spray bottle for easy serving. Bragg's on vegetables? Yes. Bragg's on rice? Yes. Bragg's on fruit? I wouldn't recommend it but it's been done in our household before. I won't claim it's magic and will get your kid to eat a meal they're not jazzed about... But I also won't not claim that?

Honorable mentions for this category include: nutritional yeast (pasta!), hemp hearts in a teeny little cup (the virtuous option for oatmeal), or rainbow sprinkles (the less virtuous option)
